Hi there!
Welcome to my corner of the Internet.
I’m Kayli — I'm a multifaceted human being, I care a lot, I aim big and used to find myself coming up exhausted from the aforementioned things.
If you were to go into my head years prior you might have heard thoughts like,
"I don't know how much longer I can 'hustle' and maintain these long work days."
"When will I finally find a partner that feels like a true love? I'm just not meeting the 'right' people."
"I thought the money was supposed to make my life easier?"
"I thought the recognition would make all of the sacrifice worth it."
I had built a six-figure marketing business, had a podcast that people were enjoying and had started to host events to bring together women — events that made them feel seen + connected — which is all I really wanted, and then it was no longer enough.
The inner-knowing of "something has to change" was there, but it was the diagnoses of adrenal fatigue and PCOS that made me wake-up + realize I really couldn't go on the way I had been. The late nights, the accepting client calls at all hours, the incessant pushing, climbing, standing predominantly in my masculine energy; I was done.
I spent the next few years learning how to romance success by standing in my true alignment, and what do you know, it worked. I manifested a way to elevate my lifestyle while eliminating the things that were draining me, I called in my soulmate, finally took a leap on a cross-country move, travelled without checking work email (a sin before!) and found my next calling — helping other ambitious women and heart centered companies do the same.
I’m a writer, you can read my musings, here, a newsletter creator, you can subscribe to, The Elevator, here, a dog mama, a new Bostonian and a wanderer. I love the change of seasons, reading in my bathtub (with a glass of Cab Sauv, please!), belly laughing with my sisters and putting on concerts for just about anyone who will listen. Most of all, I really love simply being here, on this planet, loving, breathing and feeling it all — what more can you ask for?
I’m glad you stumbled across this space + hope you use it to connect with other women who have been there, felt that. Because we all deserve a community of people that empower, support, and add an extra dose of sunshine or two. x

is the writer behind KayliMylius.com and the creator of, The Intentional Muse, a weekly publication + community that aims to empower and support women ready to lead more intentional lives, be their own muse and throw out the "hustle" mentality to create a life they don't need a break from. She got her start in the Internet world in 2011 when she started her former lifestyle blog, Kayli Wanders, and became a business owner at the age of 19 after a PR guru reached-out to have her handle her online marketing. The rest is a {digital} love story. She now uses her past life as a marketing and content strategist to help heart-centered companies curate their dream brand + her experience with burnout to guide women looking to romance success on their terms. When she’s not whipping-up essays or hosting a women's circle, you can find her walking her Corgi, Stabler, taking a yoga class, having a dance party, on a plane, or digging into a new book. Any recs?
